Cake flavours
  1. Plain Victoria sponge (no vanilla) with strawberry or raspberry conserve and plain buttercream icing

  2. Vanilla Victoria sponge with strawberry or raspberry conserve and vanilla buttercream

  3. Chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream

  4. Chocolate sponge with vanilla buttercream

  5. Coffee sponge with coffee buttercream

  6. Lemon sponge with lemon curd and lemon buttercream

  7. Orange sponge with orange curd and orange buttercream

  8. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting

  9. Eggless chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream

  10. Rich fruit cake made with finest brandy

Unfortunately novelty cakes can not be made with numbers 8 or 9 as the texture of the cake needs to be suitable for cutting and shaping.

Numbers 8 and 9 are only suitable for small cakes or top tiers of wedding cakes.

It is not essential that sponge or fruit wedding cakes are covered with marzipan. However, if it is omitted, a double thickness of icing may be required to create a flawless finish.
